Australian Consumer Law Technology Contract

This contract (“Contract”) is entered into as of the date of electronic acceptance by the parties (“Effective Date”), by and between the undersigned parties, and is governed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and other relevant legislation.

1. Definitions
“Consumer” means a person who acquires goods or services of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic, or household use or consumption.
